I’m a founder-turned-investor, now fully dedicated to early-stage climate tech at Hexa Sprint.

I spent more than 10 years building Selency, raising €50m, scaling the team to 70 people and completing a partial exit.

This journey shaped how I think about strategy, fundraising, execution and team building.

Over the past years, I’ve invested in 70+ early-stage startups as an angel (including as a Sequoia Scout), with a strong focus on climate and industrial technologies.

I invest very early - often at company inception - and work side-by-side with founders as an active sparring partner: shaping the vision, structuring the business, accelerating go-to-market, preparing fundraising…

I’m not the scientist.

Founders bring deep technical expertise; my role is to help turn breakthrough technology into scalable, durable companies.

I’m deeply connected to the European climate ecosystem, working closely with specialized funds, angels and operators.

At Hexa Sprint, I lead Carbon Zero, the first climate-focused cohort, backing founders building solutions that economically outperform legacy systems.

Because systems only change when economics win.

We look for companies that aim to replace entire systems, not incrementally improve them.

Our ambition is systemic: technologies capable of displacing fossil-based or resource-intensive legacy systems and delivering radical climate impact at scale. Economic superiority is non-negotiable.

We back climate solutions that outperform incumbents on cost, reliability and scalability, and that can win in very large, structural markets. This is why we focus primarily on energy and production systems, where replacement is inevitable: electrification of power and uses, low-carbon industrial production and materials, with climate intelligence acting as an enabling layer.

We look for step-changes in performance, cost or scalability, whether driven by technology, business model or go-to-market innovation.

Finally, founders are central. We partner with outlier teams (ambitious, technically elite, fast-learning founders) and invest very early, working side-by-side with them from day one to build generational companies.
