Pelagon is a European company bringing physical AI to the maritime domain. Its mission is to build autonomous systems that protect the seas on which our economies and societies depend. Pelagon designs, deploys and operates protection zones around ports and naval bases, offshore energy sites, subsea infrastructure and isolated offshore sites. Pelagon’s activities are aligned with European policies relating to maritime security, autonomous systems and the protection of critical underwater infrastructure. Founded in 2026 by Gauthier Bouxin and Aymeric de Pontbriand, Pelagon has offices in Paris, Marseille and Amsterdam, and was built within Hexa’s startup studio.
